  2. For each day, keep all day or add one or more times.
  3. Make the poll and share the link.
  4. Look at the best option. It has the most yes answers.

Each person sees the times in their own time zone. Use it for a team meeting, a game night, a class or a trip.

How do I find a time for a meeting?

Pick the days on the calendar. For each day, choose all day or add one or more times. Share the link. Each person answers yes, if need be or no for each option. The best options show at the top.

What does if need be mean?

If need be means: I can come, but I prefer another time. The best option has the most yes answers. Then it has the most if need be answers.

What about time zones?

Each person sees the times in their own time zone. The page tells you when this is not the time zone of the person who made the poll.

Can I set a close date?

Yes. Choose a close date when you make the poll. After that date, nobody can answer. You can also close the poll yourself at any time.

Do I need an account?

No. You do not need an account to make a poll. The people you invite do not need one either. They open the link and answer.

How long does my poll stay?

The server deletes your poll and all its answers 30 days after you make it. You can delete it sooner with your manage link. Read more about privacy.

What is the manage link?

When you make a poll, you get two links. Share the first link with your group. Keep the second link, the manage link, for yourself. With it you can change the poll, close it, remove an answer or delete it.
